Design& specifications
Main beam: The beam is designed considering the class, the frequency of operation & the duty cycle. The single beam adopts double-piece steel truss structure, this result to small windward side. (The wind-pressure is less than 125PA. ) The single side of main beam is constituted by two vertical parallel chord girder trusses, and two horizontal parallel chord girder trusses. The web member form of vertical parallel chord girder truss is diagonal rod. The frame is easy to transport.
Normally, if wider span, higher speed, or frequent heavy and long load is needed, a double beam gantry crane should be taken.
Application: This kind of crane is mainly applied to port, the freight yard, windy areas and other outwork places for material handling.
Features:
1. Light weight, high stiffness, low in processing cost, and wind-resistance.
2. Unique steel pin connection, which is not only firm, but also easy to install.
3. Flexible pole outrigger, which is easy to be disassembly into pieces when move to a new site.
Control method: Ground and cabin control. The crane power supply is divided into cable and sliding wire, choose one when place the order. Water-proof cloth is needed in out door operation.
